Biography

Kaitlyn Motley is the Mental Health and Substance Use Services Director at the Texas Council for Community Centers. She has had experience in mental health and substance use policy management, oversight, and implementation.

She was both a Public Health Advisor and Project Officer for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and a Social Science Analyst for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
