More
Alan Johnson, CAC 1
Counselor

Alan brings to our staff, the skills of more than 5 years working in the field of addiction recovery. He opened and ran his own residential intensive outpatient recovery center in 2012 and worked largely with court ordered, intervention services. Recognizing his passion was in counseling clients, rather than administration of the business, he closed the center in 2015 and began working for another center where he was able to fully utilize his skills and abilities. In addition, he has over 30 years of commitment to his own personal recovery journey. The result of this is an individual with abundant experiential knowledge of this insidious disease. He also has developed the compassion needed, to work with people on a deep level of empathy and the wisdom of clarity and discernment that can only come from personal experience.

Knowledgeable, professional, respectful team. Facilities are safe and clean. I believe the only weakness is that it is a new facility and needs to be recognized in the market.
