Had good educated staff who were warm and understanding. There was someone available to help you if you needed them. Food was ok. Could not have any visitors or could not make phone calls for the first week in. They had a good program for alcohol withdrawal and used some medication to help with withdrawal symptoms. There was a lot of support while in treatment. Had a good plan for you when you completed treatment to keep yourself clean.

Not enough group interaction. Lack of attention to clients, repetitive material, material not relating to my disorder
