Bill Bailey has been President and CEO of Cenikor Foundation since 2004. Since his involvement with Cenikor, Bill has provided insightful leadership that has ignited a movement to continue Cenikor’s growth to include the full continuum of care. With almost three decades of executive leadership and development knowledge, he specializes in strategic planning, board development, philanthropy, community development, and corporate partnerships to assist local communities. Jerry Hall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. He obtained his MSW from University of Houston in December 2006, and passed the national exam for LMSW in April of 2007, and the national exam for Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2011. Jerry also received his B.B.A. in Accounting from West Texas State University in 1985. He was the Regional Vice-President of Cenikor’s Deer Park facility from May 2004 to April 2008. Jerry held the position of Vice President of Program and Clinical Services from April 2008 until December 2010. He is currently the Senior Vice President for the Foundation and is located in Waco, Texas. Jerry has 18 years of experience working with the chemically dependent. His role includes program development and implementation, training staff in a variety of areas including quality assurance, clinical competencies, and regulatory compliance.More
