I am a client here, while I have been here i have been treated awful. First off I have seen my counselor three times in two weeks and a day and have gotten one sheet of work. Also forgets to sign papers allowing me going to NA/AA meetings which i feel are important for recovery since i have passed my drug screen. Secondly i came in here for benzodiazepines and haven't heard anything about them in any groups. Third and foremost the food is terrible here, they have had moldy cheese and even moldy fruit. I have been outside only 3 times since i have been here in two weeks and a day. There's also no smoking cigarretes which doesnt bother me but think they should allow it to help with stress and anxiety. Today which is the ninth of October they have no cups to get a drink, no juice only water, never fill snacks up which we only get granola bars and goldfish, even run out on supplements. Also the staff is always complaining when they are just on the computers all the time. We are always late for lunch and dinner but if we are a few minutes late for group it's a big deal. There are four put of 15 employees i see that are actually good and nice to clients and i will acknowledge them. Everyone else treat us like we are dogs. I do not suggest going here if you need help.

Questioning their motives. Shady. Even when my son was "clean" but needed a new evaluation, twice they came back and stated his treatment would require their maximum, 3 days a week, 3-4 hours. When I called to inquire about their process for treatment, they said and I quote "Depends. What kind of insurance do you have?". It answered my question. Their treatment plan for anyone will be the maximum if you have insurance, so they can get all the money. It is not based on helping anybody. Will be contacting my insurance as well.

If you are trying to treat recovery and mental health and a lot of people have tortured their bodies doing the things they did to get by. Rest is needed. Not so many classes in a day. Things need to be gone over in head in time. Employees think that they know everyone is scanning them. They don't care if you are in serious pain and make you sit up all day til 9pm. Class after class can drain your brain. Too much stuff at one time. Pushing, pressure, condescending attitudes from staff. Staff clique with other in house patients. Phone calls to home especially for mothers can be difficult. Not enough time to call in day and only one pay phone. There are some caring staff.
