Words cannot express the level of despair I felt when I visited my daughter at this facility. The staff were apathetic, evasive, inconsiderate, manipulative and dishonest. My daughter was worse off when we finally got her out then she was when she went in.

There are two really good counselors on the behavioral health/addiction ward; they actually care about the patients and take time to really help them. However, the psychiatrists were horrible, most of the staff treats you like you're incompetent, there's no exercise options and you generally start off on the third floor with people being treated for mental illness. There are AA meetings etc every night and group therapy. The art therapist was AMAZING, but there's no option for exercise or extra things like that. We also had nutrition class, but the food was not nutritional at all.

I was my only problem I focused more on others than myself. I had difficulty following rules and listening.....I am better now but God is not through with me. The staff was professional, caring, compassionate and trained.
