First Step Center's mission is to provide client-centered, trauma-informed, holistic treatment utilizing evidence based practices in order to address an individual's recovery process. We strive to guide each individual, including their family, throughout the recovery process with the goal of lifelong sobriety and healthy living. Tucked in the stunning Sonoran Desert, FSC offers residential treatment, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient recovery programs. Upon entering treatment, each client receives a dual diagnosis assessment and an individualized treatment plan. At First Step Center, we treat the individual and create a custom program based on individual needs. In addition, what sets us apart from other centers is our holistic approach in treating the mind, body, and spirit as well as offering a comprehensive nutritional program and dual diagnosis treatment. We believe recovery happens by identifying and treating all underlying issues. During treatment, we work to support our clients and inspire hope in them, so they can rediscover themselves without the veil of substance and be confident in their own recovery. The goal of our treatment programs, addiction, and trauma specialists is to provide the personalized, intensive, and effective continuum of care necessary to bring healing into our client’s lives. We believe that our team’s expertise in the treatment of addiction and trauma-related issues will greatly benefit you or your loved one in overcoming addictions, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Within the First Step Center program, we believe everyone is capable of a fulfilling and lasting recovery. Through evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment, our residents can gain healthier lives and establish fulfilling and loving relationships.
