I expected more, but when you have a desperate teen who doesnt want to be there, the last thing you want to do is give them ways out. There not set up to deal with teens who do not want help, they can only deal with teens who are using this as a last chance before they are discarded or possibly put away. It is very weak, counselors are very weak, this whole experience I feel made our child worse than when they went in, the only difference is there clean and away for a time being.

Excellent
Strengths: compassion, understanding, support systems and resources. Weaknesses: Alot of clients are treated, somewhat overcrowded. The staff assigned to my loved one was a good match. developed a very good relationship which was key to healing.
