Good
Patients don’t get treatment they are just dollar signs that management tries to keep them happy so they don’t leaven. This place is just bad all around. All the good reviews are fake. Management demanded all the staff do online reviews because our rating was so low.

The staff was very patient and tolerant. They did everything in their power to get me to stay during my bi-polar episodes, while i was starting my new medication. The staff is very understanding of each individuals medical needs. The best part of RCA is the vast majority of the staff are also recovering addicts so they understand very well the troubles we encounter while becoming sober. We were well fed and the and well monitored by the staff so they could address changes in our behavior almost immediately. Staff the is very experienced in addiction and recovery as well as the medical staff. A comfortable living enviroment. Excelent food. Great activities for coping with addiction. And a very social environment that forces you to be engaged with a large group of people. A few more phones wouldnt hurt. Some people would use the phones without permission and you wouldnt be able to get your daily phone call. Also some of the patients who are court ordered to be in the facility have a toxic/negative attitude and try to ruin recovery for people who truly want to be there.

Excellent
Our loved one was in this facility for 3 weeks and received stellar treatment, from rehabilitation, to mental health intervention, to offering a great, clean facility, to serving healthy, hot, nutritious meals. We strongly recommend this facility, where patients and families feel welcome, are treated with respect, dignity and compassion. An exercise room was available, medication and yoga classes were offered, along with other mind craft/art related workshops.

I am a employee. I work in admissions @ RCA Westminster for almost a year now. One of the things I love about working here is how our patients and their loves are part of our family as soon as they arrive.

This facility is absolutely incredible. When I dialed 1800 recovery this was the last place I thought I would end up. They offer yoga, art therapy, gym time, pool time, personal training on weekends. Queen sized bed with your own tv with one room mate. A very educated staff to help you learn the tools you need to battle addiction. I wouldn't suggest any other facility in the state. RCA is top notch in my opinion.

My son told me that he felt very welcome and cared for. He noted the sincere compassion displayed by the staff and an eagerness to help him to come to terms with his addiction and learn the tools that will equip him for a drug free life. I found that the facility was very well maintained and very clean! The facility exceeded my expectations.

I think this is ridiculous. I work for a living while my addict alcoholic sits at home and drinks himself to death and has been in rehab 3 times this year. Rehab is NOT SUPPOSED TO BE A VACATION!!! I CAN'T EVEN AFFORD TO DO A TRIP LIKE THIS!!!!! It makes me sick to see them just sitting around getting what they want when they want it with out having to do anything to earn it!!!! You need to make it less like a vacation and more uncomfortable so they WON'T go back out!!! A very angry wife!!!
