Teen Challenge Maine was established in 2007 to reach, rescue and restore young men and at-risk youth from the grip of drug and alcohol addiction by the power of Jesus Christ. Using Biblical principles as a guide for healthy and sober living, the long-term residential rehab teaches young men how to cease addictive and behaviors and become productive members of society. Located on a scenic 180 acre campus with an impressive view of New Hampshire’s White Mountains, Teen Challenge Maine also includes a working farm operated by the residents, an activity which plays an essential part in the treatment methodology overall.

Holistic Therapy
Facilities that offer “holistic therapy” see and treat patients in the context of their entire lives and health status. They treat the “whole person,” not just the addiction.
Aftercare Support
Addiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program. Facilities that offer aftercare planning and/or support work with patients to ensure sustainable recovery by helping to plan and make arrangements for transitional or sober living, help with housing, vocational counseling, etc.
