Meet The Staff

John Bair
Property Manager

John has worked on the Santa Barbara property for over 34 years, has planted all the landscaped areas, created the organic garden area and knows every inch of the 160 acre property. He has a daughter just finishing up her studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara and has a son in Junior High. John has been married to Alicia for 32 years and loves to surf and paddle board in the beautiful Santa Barbara waters that can be seen from our campus at The Bridge Santa Barbara.

Cate “Cash” Ashby, M.Ed., LPCC, NCC

Cate "Cash" Ashby is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at The Bridge Santa Barbara. She received her BA in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her Masters of Education in Community Counseling from The College of Santa Fe. Cash, prior being a therapist at The Bridge, has worked as an interventionist using a family systems approach and has a passion for working with individuals and families impacted by addiction, codependency and trauma.
