Philosophy

At The Hope House, our philosophy is treating the whole person. Our clients will receive unrivaled integrated (Medical, Psychological, Psychiatric) and holistic care as expected from luxury residential treatment facilities. We have two, Fully Licensed by the State of Arizona, Luxurious Residential Behavioral Health Facilities located in the Beautiful Desert of North Scottsdale/Cave Creek. These locations were selected for their tranquil & relaxing Natural Desert Landscapes. The Hope House offers systematic structure which most suffering from the disease of addiction lack, balanced with supervised contact with other individuals in and outside of recovery. It is essential that the client have contact with the outside world, otherwise he/she will not be prepared for real life situations. Residents from our co-ed residential recovery home receive full treatment and professional care in a safe and supportive sober living environment.

Dr. Topete, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Reyes Topete is a Board Certified Addictionologist through the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ and has been in the field for over 20 years. He has provided detoxification services at many facilities in the Valley includes Aurora Behavioral Health, St. Luke’s Behavioral Health Center and Community Bridges. Dr. Topete understands his patient’s individual needs and dedicates himself to giving them the best, safest and most appropriate care. He is committed to having open communication with referring professionals and the clinical team so that everyone is on the same page throughout the healing process. - Board-certified Addictionologist. - Expert at Medical stabilization, Ambulatory Care, Urgent Care. - Served as Medical Director at several respected BH facilities. - DATA waived physician (Subutex/Suboxone-certified). - Successfully Treated over 31,000 patients for alcoholism and drug addiction.

Dr. Chandiramani, NMD
Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Ravi Chandiramani is a graduate of Bastyr University (2002). His unique approach to the treatment of chemical dependency and co-occurring psychological disorders has been refined over a decade of direct clinical experience with recovering addicts and alcoholics. Dr. Chandiramani’s work has provided the foundation for a new field of medicine, Integrative Addiction Medicine. Integrative Addiction Medicine (IAM) effectively combines evidence-based addiction medicine protocols with the nurturing and rebuilding modalities inherent to the practice of naturopathic medicine. To date, over 5000 chemically dependent patients have been successfully treated using the IAM model. Dr. Chandiramani is President and CEO of Rays of the Sun, LLC, where he oversees the implementation and delivery of IAM in a variety of ambulatory treatment settings including subacute detox, residential treatment centers and outpatient medical/behavioral health practices. Dr. Chandiramani serves as Corporate Medical Director of Journey Healing Centers, overseeing 40 residential beds in 2 states (AZ, UT) and a multidisciplinary staff comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health professionals. - Naturopathic Physician. - 15 years experience = 7000 addicts/alcoholics treated. - Served as Regional Medical Director for large BH corporation. - Founder of Integrative Addiction Medicine (I-AM ) model.
