After having to pay upfront for 30 days of treatment, my husband was allowed to stay for only 5 days because of suspected sleep apnea. The best part is after billing my insurance for the 5 days of treatment and being paid by insurance we are owed a refund of over $800 and The Right Step will not respond to emails or phone calls regarding the refund. It has been over 2 months since he left the facility, 8 weeks since they were paid by insurance, and 5 weeks of no one answering phone calls or emails.

TRS is a tremendous facility with top notch care. They saved my life and I\'ve been sober for 7+ years now. My only regret was not going back to visit and give back. The Dr. is the best in the business! Hands down the best facility to make a change in your life.

As someone who was stubborn and not ready to go to treatment, this place made it so much easier!! The Right Step treats you like an adult and I did not feel like I was in a prison. They allow you to use the phone and go on weekend \"day\" passes which was really refreshing. The staff at The Right Step truly wants the best for their patients and they offer aftercare once treatment is completed. There is a program called Javelin which assigns a sober coach to you to help you stay on track when you graduate- it\'s an amazing tool for my sobriety!! I love my coach and meet with her every week! I definitely recommend The Right Step Javelin.

Right Step gave me the tools to save my life. I went in there a scared and desperate person. By the time I graduated something had shifted. I was now armed with a begining. I will before forever grateful. The staff are beyond wonderful. They care. If you want to save your life and are willing to go to any lengths then Right Step can help. I am living proof that even after 30 years of IV drug use a new life is available if you want it... God bless... DB

My experience was overall pretty good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The residential treatment, medical detox, day treatment and alumni activities are all great benefits of the facility. However, the price was very high.

I relapsed after 2 months. Housing was very close quarters; it was shared space with other people. There was no privacy.

Inpatient and outpatient were effective in understanding the problem and the solution. The alumni association is a great asset in keeping in touch with not only newly recovering people, but also those you were in treatment with. I have seen the success rate of those who work the program and follow the right step suggestions. I would urge anyone whose life has become unmanageable due to drug or alcohol dependence to give Right Step a chance.

The Right Step really helped me to understand my disease and what was happening to my mind, body and soul. Without this information and the support from the staff to this very day, my life would have been over. Although I did relapse, being a part of the alumni gave me hope and a deep desire to return to what was truly working to keep me sober. Get a sponsor, work the steps, believe in a power greater than yourself and staying connected is where my journey began and continues one day a time. I did not stay in the relapse long and decided to attend the Alumni meeting and other outside meetings. I felt like they were truly dedicated to helping me understand my addiction.
