Excellent
I was admitted three times. It took determination, and it worked for me. Probably saved my life. Strengths: Empathy, compassion and counseling.

Very Good
I liked it. I called and they got me in within 2-3 weeks. They took state funded and I believe federally funded insurance. They only let me detox one day though I didn't like that and then made me go on a community outing to Safeway which was a trigger for me because of the alcohol isle and Safeway was my main supplier. The individual counseling was fair, the group education classes were out of this world thourough and I learned so much. The 12 step meetings on facility and in the community daily were essential and it really helped me build a foundation. The psychologist on premise was a great addition since it is a co-occurring facility. They helped you with your physical health being the rehab is on the third floor of the Chelan hospital. The meals were fresh with a salad bar at lunch and dinner. You also had choices at each meal. The exercise on facility could have been better, but they would let you go outside the hospital to walk or run around the building. We would have an outing in the community almost everyday. I really liked the off campus exercises we did dealing with recovery and the fact that you could leave the facility. That you didn't feel locked up. Graduation is sentimental and they make each individual feel important. With a specific style of graduation that is Native American themed. I didn't feel the facility itself was that outstanding. It could be remodeled and they had no alternative medicine options, massage, acupuncture, yoga etc. the co-occurring section was pretty much like a mental hospital where people would line up to take pills which I didn't like.

Great
Art and extracurricular activities were strengths of the facility. However, it was not a faith based program and they needed a better exercise facility. It was a really well rounded program for co-occurring disorders.

Accept insurances, Medicare and private pay. This was the most understanding and knowledgeable staff I have ever seen. It was a pleasure working for them. I am now retired.
