The treatment couldn't have been better. As an unsure, scared parent sending my child to another state Three Dimensional Life couldn't have been a better fit for my son. He learned a lot about himself and his addiction, he formed a relationship with the Lord and met people who truly cared about him and vice versa. I feel that he will carry those connections with him throughout the rest of his life.Great brotherly environment. Structure and rules with love and caring. Staff always available and truly interested in any concerns or questions and very welcoming and accommodating to family. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

The treatment that my son gets at 3D has improved with some of the new staff and new policies set in place. The staff genuinely cares about the boys. And the structure is very important for the boys. Overall, the facility is an awesome place for recovery and treatment. I wish the schoolwork for the boys was monitored more. I wish exercise was a requirement and not an option.

There was a huge improvement in our son and his addiction issues. Staff who cares, good location, very easy to work with, try to accommodate within reason. Staff does change frequently, sometimes ambiguous.

Good
Lack of communication would be by biggest issue. Not enough family counseling. We did not have any sessions with our son! We had only 2 meetings as parents with the counselor on site.Having staff that have experienced recovery themselves is very helpful. Having mentors on site at all times is a strength. Monthly outdoors activities and trips to enforce communicating and keep the boys active. More counseling for the boys and families should be offered. Better communication on a weekly basis. More information about the program should be provided to parents. Handbook should be created. A plan should be created and progress tracked. Boys behavior in the home should be monitored more closely.

There were some things about the program I really liked but because the leadership turnover and instructor turnover was so great, the things I liked changed quickly.

Official Facility Response
I'm very sorry you had the problem with turnover & leadership changes. It has been about 3 years since we had any leadership turnover. I hope that your son has done well since leaving our program.
