Not enough licensed personnel who speak English or are courteous to patients. Medical records lost continuously. Medications pt. is allergic to forced down his throat. Overdosing on psyche meds so he hits the walls and falls down.

Excellent
Strengths: The facility was clean, organized, and trained staff. Weaknesses: Can't think of any. I don't know if it is open to non-vets, but it was the right place for my brother. It was longer than the usual 60 or 90 day programs. He was there for 13 months and it was well worth it.

Excellent
Groups that educate and address the clients needs. When my loved ones attended is wa very structered and most groups were mandatory. Treatment nowadays is switching to a trauma informed modality which takes away the structure that helps the client achieve lasting recovery. Beautiful grounds.
