I went in for two assessments and both times they told me that do not worry about the financial part regardless of me having a $6000 deductible on my health insurance they said with they would work out a payment plan after being discharged if I was unable to meet my deductible

We arrived at 11:45am for an evaluation for my husband to go to detox. Finally get seen at 5:15pm! The lady thought my husband was a joke and just trying to get more drugs. She did not listen. She was rude. Finally she said she had to speak with the dr and left for an hour and 30 mins!!!! Finally she came back and said we could go to St Francis to get admitted. Waste of time! Do not go here

I liked that it was close to home, emergency admissions, on site treatment. Out patient treatment available No exercise programs, need other outlets besides tv, cards, puzzles and sleeping My son was kept sedated the firstb48 hours. He slept the entire time, did not have anything to eat or drink except water with his next scheduled dose of meds. He was in there for 10 days and sent home. I do not feel this is long enough to help much and definitely is not enough to be sent home alone.

They don't listen to patient, are rude, don't follow doctors orders and combine patients with different degree of help. Fights everyday with people there just to get help on depression

Good program, clean, and organized Never good to be around other users I would recommend them. In fact it was recommended to me from a friend whom is now clean. You have to WANT to get better for them to truly help you get where you want to be.

My daughter was in st. Francis hospital Er with severe alcohol withdrawal, suicidal thoughts, etc. the social worker made a referral to VV. They would not take her as she had an lie ostomy. Which she has cared for for the last 20 years. This is sad and disappointing.

I went here in 2008. The facilities were very well kept and the staff was very accommodating and nice. The staff knew how to help and did so. Treatment for depression was very good. Overall experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend for depression or drug/alcohol detox. Stayed 10 days and changed my outlook on life.

Great staff, groups, and easy admission. It was very effective and you are treated like a human being. However, there is an overflow of psych pts to CD side.

Our daughter was there about 6 days. Suppose to be a dual diagnosis treatment center but all they did was detox. Blame that on insurance.

Let patients know that its okay to have to start over. Relapse is part of recovery. Sometimes a person is not ready. You have to be 100% willing. The whole withdrawal and mind so messed up. Usually they don't know what pain and mental confusion they will suffer with. Some, well just can't take it.
