Dr. Gonzalez completed a psychiatry residency program at the University of Oklahoma and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Arizona. Dr. Gonzalez has served as chief of staff/medical director at Charter Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital Behavioral Medicine department, and Memorial Hospital. Dr. Gonzalez holds medical licenses in Oklahoma, Colorado, and New Mexico and has been in private practice since 1987. Mr. Galligan, a Harvard Graduate, has been a consultant and in private practice since 1988. He is a consultant to private residential in-patient and out-patient treatment centers and provides professional and private practitioner clinical services to individuals, couples and families in the area of substance abuse and dependency, relationships, growth and change. Mr. Galligan has a lengthy relationship with New Mexico’s District Courts. He provides private practitioner services and testimony to the 2nd and 13th Districts’ Family Court in high conflict custody, custody reintegration and substance use cases for parents, children and families. He also provides private practitioner services for the 2nd District Civil Court in DWI multi-offender license restoration assessment cases for individuals.More
