Excellent
My loved one had heard this place was "brutal" but found out that was NOT true. He received detox and treatment and kept saying how nice everyone was and how the food was wonderful. Sad to say, he isn't through drinking and relapsed about 2 weeks out. Didn't reach out for help, but as long as he is alive there is hope.

The place is a dump- the facility is nasty--patients were actually sleeping on the floor-the staff does not give a rip about the patients--as soon as the insurance money is stopped out you go--do not send your loved ones there

As a very concerned parent of a 28 year old addiction patient, I am disgusted and very disappointed at the clinic for their cumulative lack of concern for parents trying to help their loved one beat this disease. He has been there twice in 9 weeks and was much worse after his first stay. We were trying to get confirmation on meeting with our loved one and staff do we can speak with education about what we are dealing with and not one person has called us back. All we get is we cannot confirm or deny a person is here. Well I can I had him sent there as a father and who is watching my loved one slip away with no assistance. I expected a bit more empathy and understanding. If there was a negative rating it would select it. Also a therapist from our city who has worked with our loved one called several times with no response. It makes you feel helpless and I no longer have to wonder why the epidemic is out of control. A call back would be appropriate.

Communication with family was great. My experience with the facility was some what limited. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. This is a hard situation for families when a love one has to be admitted. I don't recall my family member having a complaint.

The education they provide is great; they taught them about their addiction. However, they need more employees.

I was admitted to your facility in 1971 and have been clean and sober for 41 years after a short relapse. I owe my life to Walter B. Jones and the things l learned there. I have nothing but praise for your facility. I, like most patients, found things to complain about while l was there, but 41 years later l still apply the things l learned to my everyday life. It does work. The thing that l still find amazing is you can be sober and happy at the same time. Thanks!!!

I think they were an excellent facility. I wish my daughter had stayed longer. She left before her time was up. Seemed like a prison to me, but I know it has to be like that b/c of dealing with addiction. Someone had to be present when I visited. It took an act of Congress to get to visit her. Everything I took her had to be given to the front office for inspection b/4 they gave it to her. I found out some of the items I took her (like chapstick) were thrown out b/c they were against the rules. She had a full scholarship there and blew it. She left there b/c she didn't like being told how to parent. She also didn't want to enter the work program. She remains drug-free a year later, but still practices a lot of behaviors that could send her down the slippery slope. Not the facility's fault.

The grounds were gorgeous and the success rate was fairly high. It is run by recovering addicts. The program was set up correctly but people enter thinking it will be easy and it is not. I would say a facility needs to be at least 90 days to be successful. It takes 30 to clean up and get your thinking straight. I have been sober 10 years.
