This place is only a for-profit facility. They don't care for the residents only their money they get off of them for giving them shelter. They do not help them recovery at all just make them write essays to phase up. How is that helping? They need to shut this place down immediately. Here it is a Covid-19 crisis and they are still accepting intakes just to get their money. One main guy even told a person that he didnt have to be there. Well if he didnt need to be there he wouldnt be. They need help that they are not receiving.

WestCare is a wonderful place for recovery. The staff truly cares about each individual who comes through those doors. They care only about what you want to do about your problem and how they can help. If you want recovery and a start of a life without alcohol or drugs than this is the place for you to go. They will provide you with a fundamental foundation to staying clean and living a fuller life. This program taught me a lot and I will be forever grateful for the time I spent there.

This place is nothing but a Behavioral Modification joke of a facility. I was a resident here for aprox. 3 mos. there was only 3 time we had any type of recreation outside was force to stay up 12 to 15 hours a day with no time to do any work for classes or one ones self, the meals are fit to feed a child let alone a grown adult. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who is actually trying to get clean and sober

this place is a joke, they give you wrong information on their web site. They lie to you over the phone (I know of two instances this happened to me by a tech and by a counsler} when calling to get information on a loved one. They treat the residents as children instead of adults. I would not recommend it for a dog.

This place is more like a modern jail facility, not impress ed at all. All you get to do is set at a table with your loved ones, no recreation at all, they could really improve on this matter and this is my opinion only.

This place is a joke this is for kids not a man if you have a male adudlence acting out then then this place but not for a drug addict this place strips you from your man hood and directs you as a child all the council are mostly under 25 they have no ideal about life just what they have read in a text book I sent my loved on there to get helpnot to learn how to raise your hand to ask plz to go pee then be told no then let a classmate relieve hisself in class because he was told no .... I think this place needs to be investigated for human cruelty I\'m so glad I got my brother out of there and took him to get real help also one of the councilor female flirted everyday with my brother I won\'t say her name on here but she knows who she is I tried to get him to report this and yes it\'s true because she has called my moms leaving messages for him ... thanks for nothing cause the only thing my brother got was a stalker and that was it ... oh and if he ever goes back to kindergarten he knows how to hold his hand up to ask to go pee...
