A Better Today changed my life. in 108 days, ABT taught me the skills to love myself, move forward with my future, live in the moment, lessen my anxiety through prayer, cope with my addiction, cope with my addicted mother and her hurtful ways, realize my self worth, that my life is worth living, I am loved by others, I am beautiful, It's okay to be me, and most of all... that God loves me, no matter what my past looks like. There are many other appreciations I could list, but I would be here all day. :) I made many friends during my rehabilitation, many I still keep in touch with via Facebook.. I think about ABT staff on a weekly basis, wondering how and what they are doing for work today. I would be more than happy to come back for the free 30 day refresher.
Official Facility Response:
Dear Kristy,
We are so happy that your experience with our program was positive. Going into a rehab to get help for substance abuse is difficult. Our clinicians work hard to create an evidence based program and educational curriculum to help give you the best treatment possible. Your feedback gives us evidence that what we are doing is truly making a positive impact. Happy to hear you are well connected with support and positive peers after treatment. You can reach out to us at any time and we also encourage you to get involved in the alumni program.
Thanks again
Susana
