First Step Center
They saved my son’s life! This intensive program taught him/us so much. His days were filled with healing activities for his mind, body, and soul. Definitely great at combining 12-step and holistic treatments, it's not an all or nothing approach, and each person is treated uniquely. It's also a pretty affordable facility as well. It's a nice environment in general, but some of the furnishings are a bit dated. This was my 3rd attempt at treatment, and it was way different than the first 2 places I went. From the first day I was treated as a unique individual and was introduced to new recovery approaches in a way that seemed very inviting. They also went beyond just treatment and helped me focus on life issues that were causing me problems too!
