About Hatch Behavioral Health

Designed for women at different stages of recovery, Hatch Behavioral Health centers care on addiction while also addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring mental health conditions. Their continuum of care includes day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient care, with clinicians adjusting treatment plans as each woman’s needs and progress change. They also serve women ages 18–25, mothers, and professionals, with psychiatric care, medication management, relapse prevention, and case management. Support Recovery Through Treatment Hatch’s clinicians use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), somatic experiencing, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and psychoeducation. Their trauma-informed care guides treatment for women recovering from trauma or abuse, while mindfulness, yoga, art therapy, and meditation add structured practices to the program. For alcohol addiction or opioid use, their clinicians may add medication-assisted treatment (MAT) alongside psychiatric care and medication management when appropriate. Support Progress After Treatment Clients can step down from PHP to IOP and outpatient care as needs change, while Hatch connects women to affiliated sober living homes that add structure, accountability, and peer support during treatment. Continued care includes ongoing therapy, support groups, relapse prevention planning, medication management, peer mentorship and coaching, and alumni programming, while a small staff-to-client ratio keeps therapists, doctors, and case managers accessible.
