Conflict with individuals that don't agree with treatment, petty issues, struggles with continued care on Insurance clients. I personally had a serious problem with drugs and alcohol. College educated but for that reason I figured I could learn my way out of my struggles with drugs and alcohol. I had a serious problem with AA and the 12 steps and would not engage. My counselor directed me to specific passages in the big book, questioned me to challenge my held notions, and propelled me to truly identify my problem and the solution.
