STEER CLEAR of this place. They are unprofessional and have vindictive staff. They change the handbook with their policies and procedures when they feel like it, they don't distribute updated handbooks when changes are made. They harass patients/clients. The supervisors do not call you back even after multiple calls to speak to a supervisor. They treated my loved one inhumane. Did not provide with food or water when ill for several days, harassed for multiple drug test in ONE day. They raid your room with no justifiable reason. I can understand if there was cause but to be retaliatory is not justifiable. They take and loose your belongings. If you genuinely want help DO NOT go the the North County Serenity House at 1341 Escondido Blvd. People with addiction issues are human and deserve to be treated humanely and deserve to receive help for recovery. The only good thing there is the food prepared by Dani.
