I gained the knowledge of the importance of obtaining aftercare before discharging the facility. The case manager Heidi was very helpful in steering me in the right direction when it came to locating appropriate aftercare. I was able to see a provider consistently. I got up out of bed and started my day with going to group. I saw the provider daily, as advertised.
