The focus was on money. From the moment we arrived, we were made to wait hours while they got insurance approval which was supposed to have already been done. My husband was withdrawing and miserable. Then they just detoxed him and released him. He was unprepared and given no tools to stay clean. I'm sure it was because of insurance. They didn't even go to bat with his insurance company to request more treatment. It was not successful. It was all about money and they made that clear. Priority was not the patient's well being.
