Everything you see negative about this place online is true. It's truly horrible, and further research show Sierra Vista has had a hearty helping of patient deaths via incompetence and staff negligence.
Nurses are decent, but not always nice. Food not good, lost my clothing, did not help me with my needs. Doctors not readily helpful. Family not kept informed of progress. When it was time for discharge, did not work with family on transportation time.
Friendly staff. The location wasn't great. Worker was intuiative
Mental health services were good. A lot of people with drug addiction. This facility would be great if all staff were trained properly.
It's a nice place. The people there are awful. It's not a fun place to be.
