Through a combination of various recovery principles and holistic approaches, we strive to provide every client with the highest quality care possible. We acknowledge that each client is unique and we understand the importance of the quality of care that clients receive, which is why we make sure that the clients are surrounded with dedicated staff and counselors who genuinely care about helping each and every client be happy and healthy. Rehabs 360 Guide

Serenity Gardens is a detoxification and residential rehabilitation program for adults seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Based out of San Jose, Calif., the state-licensed and certified center offers comprehensive and personalized treatment for up to four clients at a time.

The initial detoxification process is typically completed in three to 10 days. During this time, clients are monitored by clinicians 24 hours a day and receive medication where needed.

At the core of its treatment philosophy, Serenity Gardens encourages clients to make use of its various treatment offerings. Through group therapy and one-on-one sessions, they’ll develop skills essential for coping, relapse prevention, and ongoing recovery. In addition to evidence-based modalities, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and SMART Recovery, the residential program offers opportunity for off-site 12-step support meetings, as well as for yoga, meditation, art therapy, and other holistic activities. Loved ones can learn more about the recovery process via weekly family sessions.

Treatment is usually completed in 30 days, though options to extend one’s stay are possible when appropriate.

Serenity Gardens employs a team of master’s level therapists well-versed in DBT, as well as facility managers, group facilitators, a chef, a personal trainer, and a yoga and meditation teacher. The center also consults with an ASAM-certified medical doctor, an addiction specialist in practice for more than 40 years.

With programming capped to four at a time, residents can expect highly individualized attention. They’ll each share a bedroom with an accompanying bathroom. Smoking is permitted in the backyard.

Clients can also expect weekly family visits, group outings, and community service projects.
