Dedicato Treatment Center utilizes a humanistic approach that includes empirically sound and proven evidence-based practices, to help our patient's overcome their addictions and manage any other co-occuring mental health disorders that they may have. Moreover, our treatment will use motivational interviewing, which is a non-judgemental and non-confrontional counseling technique that attempts to give the patient autonomy and help increase his or her self-awareness. These strategies help our patients to envision hope and a better future for themselves and find the intrinsic motivation necessary to achieve it.

Dual Diagnosis/Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment
These two terms describe a person who is not only addicted to drugs or alcohol, but also has a mental or emotional illness, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. Facilities that treat patients with dual-diagnosis or co-occurring disorders provide psychiatric treatment in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.Aftercare Support
Addiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program. Facilities that offer aftercare planning and/or support work with patients to ensure sustainable recovery by helping to plan and make arrangements for transitional or sober living, help with housing, vocational counseling, etc.

- Dr. Keith L. Marshall, Psy.D., M.A., LAADC, CAODC-CSCEO & Clinical DirectorKeith was born in the city of Philadelphia . Throughout his formative years and into high school he was a good student and competed in both football and track and field. In high school he excelled in sports and lettered in both varsity football and track and field at Germantown High school, and graduated with meritorious honors. Upon graduation from high school he started working at a cleaning service company in 1981 and worked his way into management within one year. Keith ended up working in the service industry for 15 years as a Director of Environmental Services for various companies managing large staffs of employees, with bottom line experience.
- Dr. I. Lamport, MD, Board Certified in Addiction MedicineMedical DirectorDr Lamport, MD is Board Certified in Addiction and Internal Medicine, Certified by the American Society of Addictions Medicine, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. She earned her Medical Doctorate Degree from the Moscow Medical and Stomatolical Institute and completed her Emergency Medicine Internship in Moscow, Russia. In 1990 She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital SUNY, Downstate which is one of the nation’s leading urban medical centers serving the community of Brooklyn New York since 1860. In addition to treating patients here at Dedicato Treatment Center Dr Lamport is also affiliated with BHC Alhambra Hospital, Glendale Adventist Medical Center, and Aurora Las Encinas Hospital.
