ABOUT INFINITY TREATMENT CENTERS
Infinity Treatment Centers provides a full continuum of care to those dealing with substance and alcohol abuse and co-occurring disorders like depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexual addiction, and gambling addiction in Southern California. The center, which is operated with the former Bridges Recovery Center, offers detoxification, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), sober living, and residential treatment.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Individuals undergoing detoxification will have 24/7 supervision from clinical staff. Residential treatment for men and women lasts at least 30-days. Following residential treatment, clients can transition into partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, or sober living.
Infinity Treatment Centers uses evidence-based practices like dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy with holistic offerings like equine therapy and yoga. Clients will participate in individual and group therapy, 12-step meetings, and life skills training that focuses on decision making, relationships, and relapse prevention.
Sober living facilities operated by Infinity require clients to pay monthly rents, complete chores, and abide by other rules while living with 24/7 access to clients.
Aftercare planning is offered and can include medication management, therapy, and support groups.
STAFF CREDENTIALS
Infinity Treatment Centers employs master’s level therapists, alcohol and drug counselors, a consulting psychiatrist, a consulting internal medicine doctor, and two executive chefs.
ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES
Infinity Treatment Centers' Malibu residence overlooks coastal views with lots of outdoor seating outside of its modern, gated home. The Malibu location has nature preserves and can accommodate six people at one time. Clients will stay in private or semi-private rooms and have access to phones and WiFi.
Clients will participate in equestrian pursuits , walks on the beach, yoga, and other outdoor activities.
The facility's website notes that it values "ultimate discretion and privacy" for its clients.
REVIEWS
Though Rehabs.com has not yet received any reviews from former or current clients and employees of Infinity Treatment Centers or from affiliated clients, third-party sites yield mixed ratings.
On Yelp, reviewers giving the facility five out of five stars noted phenomenal care from the "helpful" and "experienced" staff at Bridges Recovery Center. Several complimented the modern accommodations and food quality. Two Yelp reviewers left one-star ratings, citing financial difficulties and problems with staff. [1]
On Google, two individuals gave the Malibu center five out of five stars. “Healing in Malibu was a gift for my senses and my soul,” wrote one former client. [2]
CONCLUSION
Infinity Treatment Center accepts most PPO plans including Cigna and Aetna and private pay. The facility also works directly with insurance companies like Writers Guild of America.
The facility's website doesn't specify information about the transition from Bridges Recovery Center to Infinity Treatment Center, Law360 reported in October 2016 that the holding company acquiring Bridges Recovery Center did so as a part of creating a new behavioral health platform.
