We absolutely had a fabulous time at the New Years party the kitchen staff held for us. Thank you so much to Chef Terry for laying out the food so nicely for us. The presentation was beautiful. We had spanakopita and chicken cordon blue bites. They had home made oatmeal cookies that were huge and so good! They dimmed the lights and had music with the projector screen and videos playing like we were at a nice dance. Between the food, music, and the atmosphere it really helped us bring in the new year with a sense of normalcy while being in treatment. New Years was so fun, we had an excellent time for the holidays bringing in the New year during a difficult time in our lives. We are so grateful and appreciative to the Kitchen Staff at River Oaks! Miss Angie is so good to us!

I am truly grateful for the staff members at Ambrosia, I chose to come to South, because I had heard so many positive things about the staff, and I was not wrong, the staff here was amazing, and went above and beyond. I truly got a lot of recovery out of being here, esp trying to get through the holiday's that's always tough, but I'm glad I was able to do it here. thanks staff, you guys really have become a crucial part of my recovery.
