I am currently a patient here right now- feel free to ask me questions. Facilities, food, and some staff are top notch. Too much emphasis on AA which is free. Clinically, too rushed and not enough 1:1 therapy available for the price tag. Gym is like a Motel 8. Upper management too focused on money and less concerned about the quality of treatment, and money talks here. Standards are compromised for the almighty dollar which is a disappointment. In recovery, money doesn't buy sobriety so in some ways these luxury treatment models are flawed and just enable the addict/alcoholic. If changes were made at the top and the right people were managing the place this facility could be one of the best. Currently, it is does not offer nearly the value its price tag commands and consequently I do not recommend it.
River Oaks Treatment Center
The nurse Ms Shay was really really sweet and I related to her a lot because we both experienced loss. Stephanie the house keeper was wonderful! She goes way above and beyond. When I lost something she helped me find it. TA Tanya was awesome too, I had an issue for like a week and she took care of it right away, she stopped what she was doing and helped me. Amy my therapist was awesome, I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. I really enjoyed the EMDR therapy, I'm continuing treatment when I leave so I can get more EMDR. I recently experienced two deaths in the family due to overdoses. While I was here I learned how to process my grief and I started to learn how to let go. The therapists were very supportive in guiding me in the right direction. They have movie nigh, spa night, and karaoke night so there was plenty of fun stuff to do

I am a treatment provider. I have been utilizing the Haven for years when doing interventions. I have never once had a negative review from a client I have referred there. Their communication and care is excellent. They are very responsive and timely
