I was admitted to the youth center in January and its absolutely terrible. Did not help in any way period. The staff were terrible and unprofessional, and had no LGBTQ+ sensitivity training. Never send your child here voluntarily.

This is the worst place I have ever tried to work with. I tried to get information, and after talking to 7 yes 7 people, i was either given a number with voicemail or told someone would contact me. I had to give sensitive medical information about a patient there to get a response. They refused to adhere to hippa laws in any way EXCEPT when I was requesting information about my daughter. I don't care how bad my child is, I WILL NEVER SEND HER HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE GO HERE FOR HELP EITHER. The people I spoke to were rude and incompetent, and intrusive. They reused to listen to me tell them what was really the issue. They just keep people to get as much money as they can before allowing them to leave. The entire place is a mess.

My son was admitted for a 3 to 5 day stay. Every time I talked to him he was scared of everything. The other kid's the staff. The nurses can't answer any questions. Half the times I call you can't get through to anyone. I was not notified when my son was assaulted by another kid. I've asked to speak with the doctor twice to no avail.. I highly suggest taking your child anywhere but here.

Run far away . This place is a huge scam . Our daughter Was brought in on a Baker at. She was given absolutely no medicine. Actually, they even allowed her to wake up and stay up at night to help them with their adult duties. 2 weeks after she had been released with absolutely no change whatsoever. We received a very plain bill stating that the her stay for 3 days or less than 72 hours equalled over $6600! They lie to you on intake stating it's OK that you don't have financial abilities and that it's OK that you don't carry insurance. However, do not fall for their scams.
