The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The meals provided have gone down in quality but there is a great overall treatment structure provided. The residential program is like a little family and everyone looks out for each other. The groups are very informative.

Amy as my therapist and Demetrius as a facilitator really helped me because they were very open and honest. He's not a sweet talker and he doesn't give you no BS. Amy always went above and beyond for me, she heard me and gave me tools and taught me about EMDR Therapy. One thing I liked was how the facilitators helped us relate to the material and gave us different aspects. I was able to get so many different perspectives and I enjoyed the openness. I went to the gym a lot and I loved the karaoke nights. There were so many groups doing different activities like volleyball as a community. It filled my heart to see people preforming at the karaoke night and the talent show. It let people be creative and share their talents, it was a great opportunity. I like how big and open the property is and they have lots of paths and walk throughs. The facilitators really do care, they're not just here for a check, they really want your feedback. I think its awesome that they have staff that really do care like Safiyyah. The kitchen staff is is awesome too!
