the overall atmosphere, one on one care, variety of experts on hand to deal with problems a little isolated there and could do more to bring others on board to help too, very nice environment and qualified people working there
The staff was A plus. Everybody there is actually very kind, they want to help and they really care. Very compassionate. River Oaks is super organized, when I ask for something it gets done right away. The staff communicates well. But the nursing stations are very unorganized. There can be improvement there. The nurses get over whelmed. Therapists are very good. Most of the groups are very useful, others are generic. They bring outside speakers for AA which was great. Providers are amazing, Dr. Sina and Dr. Fahs, they care a lot. Dr. Fahs went out of his way for me. Therapist Travis with the Professionals Program was an expert and you could tell. He knows what he's doing and I would say he's the best therapist I've seen. Facilitators engaged the classes by being down to earth. Ray the family therapist was amazing. Mattie the care coordinator creates a safe space for people to open up and ask for help.
