I was there for a very long time. I even got upset and approached the staff. There was one lady that came out frequently to update and tell who was next. She would apoogizer for the wait but assured us that everyone will be seen and they were working hard to get everyone in. I demanded to see if someone was going before me. I want to say that I was very upset but she was very professional with everyone. She worked very fast and even though before she ca\me out the time was long she worked hard doing many things ans seeing several people in a quick time. I thanked her and apologized for her hard work. She had a shirt on that said she was the director but I can not remember her name. She was very thourough and showed so much concerned when I explained my need. Even though it took me a long time I am happy she did my assesment.

Horrible place. Was sent there from er Dr. Most disgusting staff ever seen. No real therapeutic groups no real educated Dr.. Total scam case mgr is a arrogant uneducated disgusting person. Staff cares nothing about you. They clock in and sit on their ass the whole shift .lazy no honest concerns for patients at all. You ask too many questions you are transferred to a even worse cottage. Medicare and Humana are stopping any further payment to this disgusting fake hospital.not a hospital at all. A money trap.do not go to this place....

Water is not freely given (I was dehydrated for a month afterwards), staff is cruel and vindictive, no outside time, in 1 room 90% of the day, only 2 group therapy sessions a day that are inadequate, punished for showing emotions, standing up for more than a minute is deemed as violent behavior and you will be sedated and restrained, nurses are not aware of patients conditions and their triggers do not go! If anything this place only allowed my suicidal urges to increase. Please do not send your child there.
