The facility has excellent customer service and is extremely willing to help you! They make you feel welcome and accepted for who you are. The price was a little higher than desired, but worth it for the treatment. The facility is extremely compassionate and helpful in every way when it comes to achieving your own personal goals. They truly want what's best for you and are willing to give advice and treatment that works for you rather than just prescribing random things.

NorthPoint Recovery should win an award for best rehab center on Earth. The staff are incredible and genuinly care about their patients every day. They share their own stories of recovery and inspire us all to want what they have; sobriety. The days are perfectly structured with "classes" on our diseases, "processing" things we're battling, exercise, yoga, tai chi, 3 square meals cooked to perfection and amenities that are appropriate to our recovery. Their program is mindblowingly awesome and really works! I've seen many of my peers "graduate" from this facility and they can honestly say they are still sober. We owe our lives to this place.

It's been the third treatment center I've been to and I now understand my disease clearly. They educate the patient. The counselors are very supportive. However, the food is bad.
