They focus a lot on art therapy. They should not keep the self injurers with the eating disorder people because they both need separate types of therapy and have totally different rules there. Keep a tight schedule and routine but yet accommodate handicap people with special needs. Forceful in participating in things you do not or cannot do comfortably.
