We want the best outcomes for our members and meeting their needs is first in everything we do. We care for our members in a nurturing manner. We support, guide, lead and care for them but do not enable them or others. Treating substance use and concurrent mental health disorders is complex as each individual presents a unique combination of mental health disorders, substances used and readiness for help. Therefore, treatment plans must be personalized to the needs of the individual member. To achieve the best outcomes, we utilize a broad range of available and effective evidence-based psychotherapeutic, pharmacological, naturopathic, and adjunctive approaches so that personalized treatment is effective at meeting the member where they are at.
