The staff is poorly educated, some meetings they had clients teaching the class. They keep you busy by cleaning, poor classes. The CV counselors are awful, the place is a joke. Don't blow your money here.

Most case managers and employees were educated and helpful. The woman in the ladies facility was cold, uncaring. Thank goodness she is no longer employed there. Some clients were not serious about getting sober. It made it very difficult to participate with them in group meetings

The facility was close to home, they had a caring staff, and good programs. Doctors and staff are very good, but their communications skills are not the best. The food was not great.

They had passionate counselors; however, there was high counselor burnout, the workers were not supported by the agency, and the workers didn't make enough money to support themselves. They also lack amenities =.
