Well guys I think I'm finally going to get some sleep and help I went to a meeting as soon as I got home didn't know it was a red ball meeting made for a real long night but it's confused as I was and it's such a transition from residential and our relationships definitely most intense program I've ever committed myself to as a whole different story when you're on the residential and you guys in this point I wish I could stay there forever but we got some hours in man hope you guys are doing well congratulations and so much to me you guys rock I couldn't stop crying all the way home thank you so much you didn't have to do that but you made me a proud man and your comments were just so cool I've never gotten that kind of respect that I can remember for completing something that I now realize I'm powerless over but one day at a time doing the 990 I know it's going to be intense but I got it I got to keep busy but I'm wearing down real quick you guys are just keeping me up 4 hours a night Christian I know you guys can get if I got through that then you guys can get through it so you definitely broke open a shelf cuz it's never been broken open before and I love you guys for it thank you everyone on the staff that you're amazing you showed me that now I need to just take it day by day everyday every minute cuz sometimes you never know when I might be the last but I'm living proof that it can work but I am so worn out and I feel like I just made my first football practice but that's a three-day to no sleep I do to you so nighty night my boys was this dog legs get some rest cuz love you all oh my bad you guys are on a different time enjoy your lunch later please don't call anymore right now because it's really catching up with me I'll get back on until you guys want to and try to make a night meeting tonight if I can get actually wait myself up have a beloved day and reach for that higher power and now he's in all of us the only thing that's going to get us to today later

The facility itself was nice, but was a very medical setting. There weren't any outside options for activities, and there wasn't a gym of any sort to be able to exercise in, which I think is important in recovery.
