      The facility provides good tools to start, maintain and carry you into a life of sobriety. It is up to the individual to use those tools. The rate of relapses, I believe is a bit higher than most facilities and I'm not sure why. It is a good facility with many out-patient branch offices that an individual can attend in a lot of circumstances. Flexible!

      Horizons Family Centered Recovery Program

      There are AA, Al-Anon, & Ala-teen meetings on Sunday nights; many people go to the AA meetings and you really learn a lot. I've been to those meetings at Horizons and they're just wonderful.

      Strengths: Strong direction towards AA and NA. Great staff. Great compasion for patients needs. Weaknesses: Size of facility. This program saved my life. The staff is awesome and treats its patients with respect. Nice facility with great medical and psyche staff. Highly recommended
