Located on 163 acres of wooded Louisiana countryside, Eagle Lake Recovery Center is a residential treatment facility for adult men facing substance use disorder (SUD), trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns. The center offers a full continuum of care, including medically supervised detox when appropriate, residential treatment, and step-down options such as day treatment (PHP) and intensive outpatient care (IOP), delivered in a structured residential setting with 24/7 professional support from licensed counselors, mental health professionals, and medical staff. Find Structure in Care The program brings together evidence-based therapy and holistic care to address addiction, trauma, mental health needs, and compulsive behaviors such as pornography use and sexual compulsion. Treatment includes individual and group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma therapy, and psychoeducation. Residents stay in shared rooms and follow a schedule that includes therapy, meals, wellness activities, outdoor time, and reflection.
