If use of alcohol or pills is negatively impacting your personal and professional life, Lowell has a number of excellent drug abuse facilities to help you, your spouse or your child. Whether addicted to Lorcet, opiates, pain pills or alcohol, we can help you connect with rehabilitation to get excellent help available. You can even find private or private treatment in Lowell to make rehab as easy as possible.
The best thing about Mercy is that SOME of the staff are very helpful, (while others have no idea what they're doing.) They do make it easy to treat a substance abuse issue simultaneously with other mental health issues and, (depending on WHO you work with,) the staff can be very effective at creating and assisting you to complete your treatment plans. More than half of the staff, either doesn't know how to do their job or they try to do a job that they're not qualified for. They will kick you out randomly, for little to no reason at all. If you relapse, instead of helping you when you need it, they will discharge you. Most of the staff are rude, but the worst thing about this place is that they closed down so they don't offer services anymore, such as prescriptions (that I need,) although they did help refer me to a new doctor. This place is closed down now, so inorder to get assistance with your substance abuse issue, you will have to travel far away to participate in an in-patient or out-patient rehab facility, OR you'll have to pay out the A*s for a private doctor.
An overall wonderful facility.
Good trained staff, many things to keep patients busy. Could've had more visiting hours. This was a great program which not only helped my love one but my family too
