Treatment Effectiveness

Serenity at Summit appeared to have false representation of their services and did not provide therapy services identified on their website and as described by their Admissions Counselors. Communication with the staff is impossible and no calls are returned by personnel. The Serenity program is poorly staffed on weekends and patients are restricted due to the lack of personnel. Discharge planning and referrals is not accomplished. Overall, this organization provides sub-standard care in all respects.
