Worst place to work for. Did the math out, 31 people have been fired or quit due to lack of professionalism, being over worked, or with any attempt to shed light to the public regarding the illegal and inhumane things that go on within this facility just for money. There has been multiple calls to BSAS and staff was pressured to not be completely honest to BSAS. Staff would use and would not receive the help needed. Patients are continuously testing positive for THC and there have been multiple overdoses in housing. Mental health patients are in the same house as SUR patients and the staff is not at all trained in overdose prevention or MAP certified.
