I was also able to help others with their problems. My counselor and facilitators helped me explore past relationships and helped me start to form my own identity. I learned to effectively meditate and self-reflect through Mindfulness classes. I have made my first step towards changing my thinking. I am now starting a new life in sober living. I am excited to see what my sobriety brings to me if I work for it.
