Their website layout is good and easy to use. The specific care they dedicate to women is wonderful. I can't think of any weaknesses. It's a great facility. My sister admitted she had a problem not too long ago and Sacred Heart was recommended to us and we are so glad it was. They treated her with kindness and understanding. I came into Serenity broken, beat down, battered, abused, and with such a hate in my heart for myself. I went into Serenity Point Recovery last year, and I wasn't successful because I didn't work the program. This time is different; I took what the facilitators, counselors, and peers had to say and actually learned from it. I left all the baggage that I carried in with me at the door. It sounds corny, but I feel like a whole new person. I feel like I can actually do this, and stay sober. Most importantly, be happy while staying sober. I don't want to die anymore. I don't hate myself anymore. I don't resent others, myself, and God anymore. I truly feel as though I've finally found myself. For once in my life, I've chosen life; and I feel great about it. The real journey starts when I leave though, and I'm going to use the tools I've gained at SPR to ensure my continued success.
