Seeking help for detox services I found myself at Bear River Health. Scared, still using, and very concerned for my health. I felt safe after arriving in detox. They have a full time nursing staff to monitor for safety and do everything necessary to provide comfort during this difficult stage. The Dr. is regularly on site and has a bedside manner unlike I've ever seen. Treatment itself is thorough and covers everything from emotions to relapse prevention.
